Holos Aegean Blue

Holos Aegean Blue carries the Holos mosaic pattern on a blue ground, taking after the glass mosaic used around Mediterranean pools and bathhouses.

Where Holos Aegean Blue suits

The obvious home is water: pool surrounds, spa and wellness interiors, shower enclosures and wet rooms. Beyond that it is specified wherever a scheme wants colour with texture, such as a cloakroom, a bar front or a feature wall in a restaurant. Blue varies more than most colours between batches and under different lighting, so it is worth viewing a full panel rather than working from a sample. Holos panels can be bookmatched, so two panels mirror each other across a join. On a wide wall that turns the join into the centre line of a symmetrical composition, which is the usual reason the range is chosen over a plain slab. The arrangement is decided before cutting, so it is worth confirming the layout with your fabricator early.

Formats and finishes

This is supplied in 6mm only, in the Mosaic finish (rectified). It is a decorative panel rather than a worktop material, so where a horizontal surface is needed it should be paired with a 12mm slab.

Slabs are 3200 x 1600mm, supplied rectified, which is also the usable working area. Being porcelain, it is stain, scratch and heat resistant and needs no sealing, which is the practical reason it gets specified in place of the natural material.

View the slab

A sample tells you less than the slab does, because the surface only reads properly at full size. Holos Aegean Blue can be viewed at our London or Manchester warehouse by appointment. Clay International are the UK distributor for Infinity Surfaces and supply fabricators and studios nationwide, listed in our stockist and fabricator finder.
