*All 20mm thick slabs are only available in the 1590×3240mm size
Pietra Grey MB09 takes after the Iranian marble, a dark grey to charcoal ground with fine, bright white veining running through it. It is a quieter alternative to a black marble effect while keeping the same visual weight.
Where Pietra Grey suits
It is a practical choice for worktops, because a mid to dark grey hides everyday use better than either a white or a true black. It also suits bathroom floors and walls, and it pairs well with pale oak, warm white paint and both brass and brushed steel. It is one of the more forgiving dark slabs to live with.
Formats and finishes
This slab is stocked in 6mm in satin (rectified), 12mm in satin (non-rectified) and 20mm in satin (non-rectified).
Slabs are 3240 x 1620mm in 12mm and 3200 x 1600mm in 6mm. The 12mm is supplied unrectified, so the usable working area in both is 3200 x 1600mm. In 20mm, slabs are 3240 x 1590mm unrectified, with a working area of about 3200 x 1570mm. As porcelain, the surface is stain, scratch and heat resistant, non-porous and needs no sealing. Stocked in 20mm as well as 12mm and 6mm, all in satin, which suits worktops and furniture where a thicker edge is wanted.
