Chianca Di Ostuni Beige SE01

Chianca Di Ostuni Beige SE01 takes after the pale limestone of Puglia, the stone used for the paving and buildings of Ostuni in southern Italy. The tone is a soft warm beige with a fine, slightly chalky texture.

Where Chianca Di Ostuni Beige suits

It carries a strong sense of place, which is why it is specified into Mediterranean influenced schemes, courtyards, terraces and hospitality interiors. Indoors it suits floors, bathroom walls and vanities. Outdoors the 20mm is the format to use, and the pale tone stays comfortable underfoot in sun, which matters on a terrace or around a pool.

Formats and finishes

This slab is stocked in 6mm in matt (rectified), 12mm in matt (non-rectified) and 20mm in matt (non-rectified).

Slabs are 3240 x 1620mm in 12mm and 3200 x 1600mm in 6mm. The 12mm is supplied unrectified, so the usable working area in both is 3200 x 1600mm. In 20mm, slabs are 3240 x 1590mm unrectified, with a working area of about 3200 x 1570mm. Unlike the quarried stone it takes after, the porcelain is non-porous, so it is stain resistant and needs no annual sealing, and it is scratch and heat resistant in normal use. Stocked in 20mm for terraces and exposed edges, with 12mm and 6mm for interior use.
