Arkeon Sandstone Grey GB12 is the mid grey of the sandstone family, keeping the fine grain and subtle bedding of the stone but in a cooler, more neutral tone.
Where Arkeon Sandstone Grey suits
This is the sandstone for contemporary and commercial work. It suits office receptions, retail interiors, lift lobbies and stair cores, and residential schemes built around concrete, steel and dark joinery. The even grain means large areas can be run without a visible repeat, which matters on a tall wall or a long corridor.
Formats and finishes
This slab is stocked in 6mm and 12mm, both in a matt finish.
Slabs are 3240 x 1620mm in 12mm and 3200 x 1600mm in 6mm. The 12mm is supplied unrectified, so the usable working area in both is 3200 x 1600mm. Being porcelain, it is stain, scratch and heat resistant and needs no sealing, which is the practical reason it gets specified in place of the natural material. The 6mm covers wall cladding, the 12mm floors and horizontal surfaces.
